IRVINGTON — The voting is over and the winners of the Irvington Halloween Festival Poster Contest have been revealed.
First place was Tia Tieman, second went to Danielle Pugel, and third went to Robert Hunt.
The poster contest is the first event for the 79th Annual Irvington Halloween Festival, which will be held Oct. 18-25, with the Street Festival that attracts tens of thousands of Halloween fans to beautiful downtown Irvington.
No, it’s not too early to think about costumes.
