Paula Nicewanger (nee Collins) is a life-long resident of the east side. She is a graduate of Arsenal Tech (Class of '67), and has a B.A. in Art Education Herron School of Art (Class of '71). Paula is a graphic artist with many years of experience designing ads, newspaper layout. She is also a fine artist whose work has been exhibited throughout Indianapolis. Paula is the Creative Director of the Weekly View.
