INDIANAPOLIS — Near East Area Renewal (NEAR) is working with Realtor Jay Pearl to host simultaneous open houses in 10 of their recently-completed and still-under-construction homes in St. Clair Place. The Spring Home Tour will be held May 16 from noon to 4 p.m. beginning at 836 N. Beville. and features new and restored houses in the 800 and 900 blocks N. Beville Avenue. NEAR has been focusing their recent work on revitalizing this legacy urban neighborhood.
