Bookmamas, in conjunction with Signature of Irvington, is hosting three special holiday teas in Bookmamas’ “secret tea room.” Nancy Drew Finds The Lost Tea Cup, the first tea, will be from 2:00-3:30 p.m. on Saturday, December 6th. Share in the delights of Nancy’s favorite tea and tea treats at this tea all about trying to solve The Mystery Of the Lost Tea Cup. The clues could be in the tea cups, in the food, or somewhere else in the bookstore. Everyone will get a recipe card with Nancy’s favorite cookie for Santa.
On Saturday, December 13th from 2:00-3:30 p.m. enjoy the Twelve Days of Christmas (tea) in Indiana. Try the twelve different tea treats that are the focus of “The 12 Days of Christmas in Indiana.” Go home and make them yourself as you have 12 days ‘til Christmas to bake them each day. Donna Griffin, author of the book The Twelve Days of Christmas in Indiana will be available to sign copies of the book at 3 p.m.
The Grinch comes to Irvington with Dr. Seuss on the Loose on Saturday, December 20th from 2:00 -3:30 p.m. Try our green eggs and hams, red fish and all of the tea treats of Whoville. Enjoy the special treats of reading wonderful Dr. Seuss books and get a special holiday treat.
