Back in 2024, neighborhood artists submitted 4 designs and the community voted for their favorite. Heather Keeney won with her art titled Find It – Emerson Heights. Unfortunately, the project got put on hold because of the Michigan Street construction. That took so long that the grant for the project expired. Thanks to Indy Arts Council and the Streetcorner Canvases: Traffic Signal Box Art Partnership Program, the project has finally been installed at the corner of Linwood and Michigan. It features Heather’s dog Chloe, who unfortunately passed away earlier this year.
