INDIANAPOLIS — All are invited to a catered turkey dinner, the music of the Franklin Central High School Chamber Choir, a presentation about the history of the township schools, a silent auction, door prizes, and more. The Franklin Township Historical Society’s annual Harvest Luncheon will be Saturday, Nov. 4th at noon, with a menu featuring a turkey entrée, two vegetables, beverages, and dessert. The event will be held at Grace Church, 5605 S. Franklin Rd. All proceeds will go to support the Franklin Township Historical Society, a 501(c)(3) organization that provides information about local history to students and all individuals and maintains a museum of artifacts in its 1871 building, which is on the National Historic Register.
Tickets are $20 when purchased by a member of the Historical Society or $25 for non-members. Ticket orders must be received by October 29 and can be purchased either online or by postal mail.

To reserve tickets by mail, send a check made payable to the Franklin Township Historical Society to FTHS, P.O. Box 39015, Indianapolis, IN 46239. Include a note with the name of the purchasing FTHS member (if applicable) and the name(s) of those who will attend the dinner.
