INDIANAPOLIS — To address overcrowding in city parks, Indy Parks recently announced additional restrictions. Eagle Creek Park will restrict vehicle access, but will remain open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The four city dog parks are closed until further notice. All family centers, playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, indoor facilities, and outdoor shelters remain closed.
Parks and trails remain open, as long as social distancing is observed. Avoid parks and trails if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or are ill.
Park rangers will enforce the new restrictions.
