The Blaine Jarrett Memorial Scholarship Fund was started by Blaine’s family and friends. The first scholarship awards were made in 2008 when funding reached a sufficient level to allow meaningful annual scholarships to be awarded on an on-going basis. The fund has since been growing steadily thanks to the contributions of a variety of donors and various fundraising activities. Additional donations are continuously being sought and can be sent to BJMSF, 11150 Southeastern Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana 46259.
