INDIANAPOLIS — The annual Gathering of Artists will be in the garden this year, as it was last year. Multiple artists will be on hand on Sunday, Nov. 7 from noon-4 p.m. at 5295 E. Pleasant Run Parkway South Dr. This outdoor show is one of the most anticipated juried shows on the east side, with unique items for sale.
Garden art, jewelry, paintings, floral arrangements, holiday ornaments, long needle pine baskets, bags and purses, and much more will be available. This year, a couple of new artists, potter Catherine Schlabecker and textile artist Ranjani Larman, will join everyone in the garden with their unique wares. Larman specializes in Shibori, a traditional Japanese dye technique that creates beautiful patterns on fabric.
An Artists Gathering is an outdoor event, rain or shine. Masks are required for shoppers and vendors.
