RED To Take the Upperstage at IRT

INDIANAPOLIS — The Indiana Repertory Theatre (IRT) invites audiences to take a journey behind the scenes and witness the uniquely emotional process of art-making from 1950’s abstract expressionist painter, Mark Rothko. The Upperstage performance of RED will take place through November 9th and tells the story of Rothko, who had just landed the biggest commission in the history of modern art. With the help of his assistant, he frantically struggles against his insecurities while trying to create a definitive and moving body of work.
