The 110-year old building on the corner of Ritter and East Washington St. was purchased in a partnership agreement between IDO and the Irvington Historical Society earlier this year, thanks to a loan from Citizen’s Energy Group. They have been working on raising funds to stabilize and rehab the building, which had fallen into disrepair over the years. After the work is completed, IDO will seek out a buyer or renter for the commercial building.
