On January 10th, the Stutz Art Gallery (1060 N. Capitol Avenue) had the opening reception for “Artville.” This colorful interpretation of Benjamin Franklin, presented by American Legacy Art by Richard Henry Lee, is one of several of his patriotic renderings.
