LAWRENCE —The Holiday Home Tour at historic Fort Harrison will be held Saturday Dec. 6th from 4-7 p.m. Tickets are $12 online or $15 at the door. Discounted tickets are available online at: www.lawrenceartcenter.net/holidayhometour
This year’s event includes four destinations around historic Lawton Loop that were once home to officers at Fort Benjamin Harrison. These turn of the century homes have been beautifully renovated and will be decorated for the holidays.
Live music, complimentary food, wine and hot beverages are included. Additionally, there is a performance area in the Community Room of 5707 Lawton Loop East Drive where you can watch performances by the Indianapolis Children’s Choir, Ballet Mosaicos, and members of the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra. This area also includes a gift shop of locally made art and gifts for purchase. The Lawton Loop gazebo will be decorated and offers complimentary hot cider. There is plenty of free parking in the area and a free shuttle to help make the trip around Lawton Loop easier. Additional discounts if you purchase a block of 10 tickets. All proceeds benefit the Lawrence Art Center’s programming and their youth arts programs.
