INDIANAPOLIS – Franciscan Health is hosting an immunization clinic this month on the south side of Indianapolis.
The clinic is scheduled for Wednesday, May 21 at the Chin Community of Indiana, located at 2524 East Stop 11 Road in Indianapolis from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
The immunization clinic is open to anyone. Attendees need to bring an insurance card (private or Medicaid) and photo ID. For uninsured individuals, this will be documented on the consent forms.
Appointments are not necessary and walk-ins are welcome.
