LAWRENCE — The City of Lawrence and Lawrence Fire Department are collecting new unwrapped toys and momentary donations to kick off the 29th Firefighters Family assistance program for the holidays. Toy donations can be dropped off at any of the Lawrence fire stations and there will also be a collection box in the lobby of the Government Center located at 9001 E. 59th street. Monetary donations can be dropped off or mailed to fire headquarters located at the same address suite 204.
