INDIANAPOLIS —The opening ceremonies for the SCORE Soccer and Leadership Academy took place Thurs., April 6, at Eskenazi Health Center Grassy Creek at 9443 E. 38th Street in Indianapolis. It was a good turnout with dozens of children registered and physicians and medical staff providing BMIs and mini physicals.
All games and practices will be held at Grassy Creek Park, located at 10510 E 30th St. SCORE has an additional Soccer and Leadership Academy in Indianapolis at Kuntz Stadium on the Westside.
SCORE aims to provide comprehensive and integrated wellness curriculum through fun soccer activities and educational programs for children in underserved communities to experience better opportunities in life. SCORE’s program promises to deliver a curriculum that will impact the child’s body, mind, heart and spirit.
