Dar Parson’s poster won first place at the Historic Irvington Halloween Festival poster contest. Each character at the Halloween party has a name and purpose, according to the artist’s social media page! The art will be reproduced to create the official 2019 poster, and the original artwork will be auctioned off during the week of the Halloween Festival to help fund the 2020 festival. Second place went to Alyse McMiller, and third was Orlando Burgos.
