INDIANAPOLIS — Eskenazi Health Center is recognizing National Health Center Week by hosting two health fairs for the community. Offerings will include free blood pressure screenings, health information, games, prizes and giveaways. Radio One will be partnering on the event and will broadcast live during both health fairs.
The two Eskenazi Health Center health fairs will occur from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the following days:
• Sat., Aug.3 at Eskenazi Health Center Grassy Creek, 9443 E. 38th St.
• Saturday, Aug. 10 at Eskenazi Health Center Blackburn, 2700 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. St.
Sports physicals will be available at both health fairs from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. for 10 – 18-year-olds. Insurance card and photo ID are required. A financial counselor will be available on-site to meet with those without insurance to determine eligibility.
