INDIANAPOLIS — Lt. Gov. Suzanne Crouch and the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA) recently launched a campaign for Indianapolis residents to enjoy a nature park in the recently preserved Mud Creek Conservancy. The Sargent Road Nature Park project led by Mud Creek Conservancy will receive a $50,000 matching grant as a part of IHCDA’s CreatINg Places program. Donations can also be made by check. Checks should be made out to Mud Creek Conservancy and mailed to: 7339 N. Shadeland Ave. #200, Indianapolis, IN 46250
Funds from this campaign will create a nature park featuring a 1.5-mile trail, artful education displays and seating in their efforts to conserve, protect and connect people to nature.
