INDIANAPOLIS — On March 31, Citizens Energy Group fully closed the intersection of East Washington St. and State Ave. on the near eastside to prepare the city for future construction associated with the Blue Line, IndyGo’s project. The closure should last through April 7.
Detour signs will be posted, guiding drivers using east side streets. Citizens said commercial trucks and large vehicles should follow the detour signs to avoid tight turns and clearance issues.
