INDIANAPOLIS — Indianapolis-based real estate developer TWG recently opened Line Lofts Apartments, an affordable senior living development located at 1145 E. Washington St. The $11 million development welcomes elderly residents and also accommodates individuals with visual disabilities. There are 63, two-bedroom units and 20% are reserved for the visually impaired.
TWG partnered with local nonprofit Visually Impaired Preschool Services who provides ongoing early intervention services children with blindness/low vision. The apartment complex will also provide a new resource center for VIPS for visually impaired children and their families.
