INDIANAPOLIS — There will be Development on Tap meeting Nov. 13 frp, 3:30-5:30 p.m. at the Platform, 202 E. Market St. The topic will be “Creating Equitable Housing Outcomes,” and will feature several speakers hosted by LISC. LISC works across a spectrum of affordable housing initiatives that aims to make high-quality affordable housing available in communities where the need is greatest.
The discussion will include approaches to housing from Kansas City and Duluth, financing strategies for housing development, and Opportunity Zones.The agenda will feature a brief presentation by LISC national housing team member Matthew Leber and Q & A with local panel participants and the audience. Participants include Michael Osborne of Near North Development, John Hay of Near East Area Renewal, and Joe Hanson of Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership.
