Indy Architects’ Home Tour Sept. 15-16

INDIANAPOLIS — The American Institute of Architects Indianapolis (AIA) has selected six homes to be on its annual Architects’ Home Tour Sept. 15-16. The popular self-guided tour will feature both new and remodeled homes in a variety of architecture styles. The featured homes are:
• Buchanan House, 705 N East St., in Chatham-Arch neighborhood, designed by Demerly Architects.
• Cedar Street, 485 W Cedar St., Zionsville, designed by Rottmann Collier Architects.
• CUBE House, 959 Hosbrook, in Fountain Square, designed by Neon Architecture.
• Esther, 8080 Dean Road in Lake Clearwater, designed by HAUS │Architecture for Modern Lifestyles.
• Meridian Kessler home, 5784 N Central Ave., designed by nuk architecture + interiors.
• Zabel Residence, 3950 Winding Way, in the Rolling Ridge neighborhood, designed by homeowner and architect Steve Zabel, AIA of Blackline Studio
The home tour will be from noon to 5 p.m. both days. Discounted tickets will be available for $15 and may be ordered online at http://bit.ly/AIAIndyHomeTour18. Tickets purchased after Sept. 7 will be $20. Tickets also may be purchased either day of the tour at any of the six homes.
