INDIANAPOLIS — The U.S. Fleet Forces Band and all of its music ensembles will be performing numerous concerts in Indianapolis between Aug. 10 and Aug. 15 in support of Indianapolis Navy Week. There will be performances at many locations including the Indiana State Fair, Indianapolis Public Library, Soldiers and Sailors Monument, Indianapolis Artsgarden, and City Market.
On Aug. 10 at 5:30 and 6:00 p.m., they will play at the Opening Concert at the Indiana State Fair. The Woodwind Quintet will play at the Indianapolis Public Library, Central on Aug. 11 at 11:30 a.m., and the Brass Band will perform at the Indiana State Fair at 4 p.m. the same day. On Aug. 12, the Brass Quintet will play at the Indiana War Memorial, and then will play at Central Library on Aug. 13 at 10 a.m. Catch the Woodwind Quintet at the Artsgarden on Aug. 12 at 12:15 p.m. On Aug. 14, the Brass Band will perform at City Market at 12:30 p.m. Also on Aug. 14, the Woodwind Quintet will perform at the Indiana War Memorial at 12:30 p.m. and the Wind Ensemble plays for Indianapolis Navy Week at 1115 Broad Ripple Ave. at 7 p.m.
