INDIANAPOLIS — Eclectic Pond has announced their upcoming productions for the 2014-15 season.
In October, they will present Macbeth, adapted and directed by Catherine Cardwell. In November, the EclecticEd of A Midsummer Night’s Dream, adapted and directed by Thomas Cardwell, will be available to tour. The ever-popular 10x10xYou, by Thomas Cardwell & Jeremy Grimmer (with additional material by Zack Joyce and the previous performers of 10×10) will hit the stage in January 2015. Vote via the Web site www.eclecticpond.org for your top ten plays by Shakespeare. In February, Carey Shea will adapt and direct The Tempest: Adrift in Time. The Speckled Band, a play by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and adapted and directed by Thomas Cardwell, will bring Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson to the stage in April.
The Young Shakespeareans Project continues for those aged 8-12 and 13-18 in May. To round out the season, Michael Hosp will adapt and direct Anton Chekhov’s classic The Cherry Orchard.
