INDIANAPOLIS — On Sept. 26, the main winners of the 2013 golf season and end of year tournament of the Old Timer’s Golf Club of Pleasant Run Golf Course were presented with trophies. The golf club has been in existence since 1947, playing every Tuesday and Thursday mornings April through September.
The 2013 season was capped off by a banquet. Carl Tharp won for low gross for the tournament. Dick Miller won for low net of the same tournament.
The next season begins April 7, 2014 at 7:30 a.m. and will end in late September or early October. Those interested in joining should contact Pleasant Run Golf Course or David Vahle, president of the Old Timer’s Golf Club at 317-823-8576.
