INDIANAPOLIS — Scecina Memorial High School welcomes all potential students and their families to the 2015 Open House on Thurs., Oct. 8. Registration begins at 6 p.m. Oct. 8 at the school, 5000 Nowland Ave.
During the evening, visitors will hear from President Joe Therber and Principal John Hegarty. From 7 p.m. to 7:55 p.m. they can attend four 10-minute informational sessions. The following sessions will be offered: A Helping Hand-Exceptional Learners/Title 1, Teamwork is Key-Athletics/Student Life, Here Comes the Treble-Music Program, Exploring Concepts of Human Medicine-Biomedical Science Program, Beyond Core 40-Honors/Advanced Placement/College Preparatory, Our Universal Call to Holiness-Catholic Theology, Take a Look Around-Tour of the Campus.
Scecina’s Community Fair takes place from 6:50 to 8:30 p.m. in the newly renovated cafeteria. Students and families can enjoy dinner and music while meeting with Crusader teachers, coaches and club moderators.
