INDIANAPOLIS — Fringe on Wheels has had performances that include hand pan by Eric Zhong, glow poi by INcendiary, stilt walkers and jugglers by Odd-o-tees, folk music by Laughing Jack, and Juan Francisco’s Spanish-language puppet show.
