INDIANAPOLIS — City officials and Indy Parks recently broke ground on improvements to Canterbury Park. The project is part of the $1 million district projects for each councilor.
Over 40 Indy Parks are currently under construction or pending the start of construction as part of an investment of over $150 million to upgrade city parks. Construction at Canterbury Park is expected to begin in the coming weeks and last through late 2026. The park will receive a new playground, improvements to the sand volleyball court, a bike pump rack, and other site improvements.
Canterbury Park is located at 5510 N Carvel Ave.
