INDIANAPOLIS — Get Fit Athletic Club, located at 7140 E. Washington St., is opening its doors to members from the Ransburg Y. They will host a series of Open House events for fellow Y members and the local community (adults and youth aged 13+ accompanied by a parent) in March and April. With the Ransburg Y scheduled to close on March 31, these events provide a timely opportunity for members to explore new fitness options on the Indianapolis east side.
Get Fit offers a wide range of amenities, including free weights, weight machines, cardio equipment, an in-club movie theater, racquetball and pickleball courts, tanning beds, yoga classes, Zumba sessions, SilverSneakers and similar insurance-covered programs, and a dedicated women’s-only workout area.
Open House Schedule: Early March
• Monday, March 2: 7–10 a.m. & 4–7 p.m.
• Tuesday, March 3: 7–10 a.m. & 4–7 p.m.
• Wednesday, March 4: 7–10 a.m. & 4–7 p.m.
Late March / Early April
• Monday, March 30: 7–10 a.m. & 4–7 p.m.
• Tuesday, March 31: 7–10 a.m. & 4–7 p.m.
• Wednesday, April 1: 7–10 a.m. & 4–7 p.m.
Attendees are invited to enjoy complimentary snacks, play ping pong, meet new and old friends, and take guided tours of the facility.
