INDIANAPOLIS — Epilogue Players will present their next show Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike by Christopher Durang and directed by Michael and Marie Beason. It won a Tony Award in 2013, and is a comedic mashup of Chekhovian themes and characters with modern-day issues like aging, regret, and family dysfunction involved. The show will be presented Feb. 5-15, with Thursday – Saturday performances at 7:30 p.m. and Sundays at 2:00 p.m.
The story revolves around the relationships of three middle-aged single siblings, two of whom live together, and takes place during a visit by the third, Masha, who supports them. The show contains adult language.
General Admission is $16, Seniors 65+ and Students 18 & Under is $14, Epilogue Members tickets are $13. Thursday are $10 for everyone. Doors open 30 minutes prior to performance start times.
