INDIANAPOLIS — The next show at Epilogue Players, Indianapolis is The Heiress by Ruth and Augustus Goetz which opens on November 13, 2025. This show runs Nov. 13-23. Thursday through Saturday performances start at 7:30 p.m. and Sundays start at 2 p.m.. This show is directed by Kathleen Clarke-Horrigan.
The Tony Award-winning drama is set in New York City in 1850. When Catherine a shy and plain young girl who falls desperately in love with a delightful young handsome suitor, her father threatens to disinherit her, convinced that the young man could only be interested in Catherine’s fortune. Catherine’s lack of worldliness prevents her from realizing that the young man proposing to her is not entirely drawn to her by her charm.

Doors open 30 minutes prior to performance start times. Patrons will not normally be allowed entrance after a performance begins to avoid distraction to the performers and audience members.
