Signs will direct east- and westbound through-traffic on Washington St. to detour on Southeastern Ave., via Arlington Ave. Signs will direct north- and southbound through-traffic on Emerson Ave. to detour on Arlington Ave., via 10th St. and Southeastern Ave.
