An Official Selection at the 2018 Heartland International Film Festival, “Radium Girls” is about women in the early 20th century working at a U.S. Radium Factory who were unaware of radium dangers while painting glow-in-the-dark watches.
Before the screening there will be a conversation with Dr. Barrett Caldwell, a PhD Professor of Industrial Engineering, and Aeronautics & Astronautics at Purdue.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the discussion and film start at 7 p.m.
