INDIANAPOLIS — Epilogue Players presents All I Really Needed to Know I Learned in Kindergarten, directed by Daniel Scott Watson and written by author Robert Fulghum from Sept. 14-24. Thursday to Saturday performances are at: 7:30 p.m. and Sunday matinees are at: 2 p.m. Reservations and ticket information can be found at www.epilogueplayers.com.
The title of the book is taken from the first essay in the volume, in which author Fulghum uses lessons normally learned in kindergarten classrooms and explains how the world would be improved if adults adhered to the same basic rules as children, i.e. sharing, being kind to one another, cleaning up after themselves, and living “a balanced life” of work, play, and learning. The book contains fifty short essays, ranging in length from approximately 200 to 1,000 words, which are ruminations on topics including: surprises, holidays, childhood, death, and the lives of interesting people including Mother Teresa.
Tickets are $16-$13 and Thursdays are $10 for everyone.
