INDIANAPOLIS — The Marion County Low Income Housing Energy Assistance Program (EAP) provides financial assistance to low-income households to maintain utility services during the winter heating season. The 2022-2023 program will include assistance with electricity, heating, and, when funding is available, water.
Beginning on October 1, Marion County households will be able to pick up a paper EAP application from John Boner Neighborhood Centers, 2236 E. 10th Street. Go to Door #2 in the parking lot and check the boxes attached to the building for an application. Return your application to the same location using the gray drop box slot at Door #2. You can also submit an application online starting October 1.https://www.in.gov/ihcda/homeowners-and-renters/low-income-home-energy-assistance-program-liheap/
