LAWRENCE — Enjoy a Winter Solstice story as told by Celestine Bloomfield, create a langer under the direction of Arts for Lawrence Resident Artist Gary Schmidt, and participate in a Winter Solstice walk from the Sterrett Center (8950 Otis Ave.) to Civic Plaza. Refreshments will be served at the plaza, with a very special guest. The walk will be held Tuesday, Dec. 21 at 4 p.m.
