INDIANAPOLIS — On Thursday, Nov. 12, the Marion County Department of Health ordered all K-12 schools in the county to return to 100% remote learning on or before Nov. 30. Indianapolis Public Schools has announced that they will be returning to remote learning for all students starting Monday, Nov. 23 and returning Monday, Jan. 18, 2021.
IPS Food Service Team will provide prepackaged breakfast and lunch for IPS student at multiple locations throughout the district during remote learning days. Parents will be informed of locations and times for pickup.
Student Support Sites will be offered to a limited number of students and offer a variety of services, including access to remote learning assistance and training for care providers, small group classroom supervision for students, and meals. Sites will follow CDC and local/state COVID-19 guidelines. More information about site locations and dates will be sent to parents.
