INDIANAPOLIS — On or after Mon., Oct. 8, Red Line construction crews will move to Virginia Avenue. Traffic lanes will be restricted between New Jersey Street and Prospect Street. This phase of construction is estimated to last through December.
Pedestrians, bus riders, and drivers will notice lane closures and flaggers at future station locations at Woodlawn, Merrill, and Prospect.
Crews will be focusing on utility work, storm water improvements, road resurfacing, sidewalk and curb repairs and ADA ramps, and station foundations.
