INDIANAPOLIS — The Indiana Department of Education (IDOE) announced the top three finalists for the 2019 Teacher of the Year.
The following individuals are Indiana’s top three finalists for the 2019 Teacher of the Year:
• Sarah Wolff — Carmel High School, Carmel Clay Schools
• Derek Ruble — Noblesville East Middle School, Noblesville Schools
• Tamara Markey — McKenzie Center for Innovation and Technology, MSD Lawrence Township
The 2019 Teacher of the Year will be selected and announced in October. As part of the award, the selected individual will also represent Indiana teachers at the national level.
