INDIANAPOLIS — Film historian Eric Grayson will screen a collection of short films, all created and preserved in the original Technicolor process, in a program set to begin at 8 p.m. at the Garfield Park Arts Center on Saturday, August 26.
The films will include Story of a Patriot (1956) and La Cucaracha (1934). “Everything will be in the original process of Technicolor, which yields beautiful rich colors and has been discontinued since 1974,” said Grayson.
As always, he will introduce the program and host a Q&A following the films.
Admission is $5; concessions $1. Free parking. For more information, visit www.gpacarts.org or call 317-327-7135.
