INDIANAPOLIS — The Eskenazi Health Pharmacy, located on the first floor of the Eskenazi Health Outpatient Care Center, has been renamed in honor of St. Margaret’s Hospital Guild. Effective immediately, the pharmacy’s new name is the St. Margaret’s Pharmacy at Eskenazi Health. The name change honors St. Margaret’s Hospital Guild’s century-long commitment to raising funds for services and programs at Eskenazi Health.
Hours at St. Margaret’s Pharmacy at Eskenazi Health will remain the same. The pharmacy is open from 8 a.m. – 10 p.m. Monday through Friday, 12 – 6 p.m. on Sunday and 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. on Saturday.
Founded in 1907, the guild consists of about 70 women whose fundraising efforts directly benefit and provide support to Eskenazi Health. The St. Margaret’s Hospital Guild Diagnostic Breast Center and St. Margaret’s Hospital Guild Limestone Falls, located on The Commonground at Eskenazi Health, are also named for the organization.
St. Margaret’s Hospital Guild’s largest fundraising event is the annual Decorators’ Show House and Gardens. This year’s event featured Kurt Vonnegut Jr.’s childhood home.
