IRVINGTON — The Irvington Historical Society’s headquarters, Bona Thompson Memorial Center, needs new front doors. There will be a fundraiser for the doors on March 18 at the Irving Theater, 5505 E. Washington St. Doors open at 6:30 — bring in your own food; beer will be available. Admission is $10 per person.
Marc and Friends start the night with acoustic rock at 7 p.m.f eaturing 60’s, ‘70s and ’80s rock radio favorites on keys and guitar, with a lighter feel. String Quest gets started at 8:30 p.m., with classic guitar rock, electric blues, and southern rock from a variety of artists.
The Jam Finale starts at 10:30 p.m., with Irvington musicians invited on stage to join String Quest to cut loose on some blues and rock standards.
