INDIANAPOLIS — The Otterbein Neighborhood Association will hold their quarterly meeting on Oct. 20 at 7 p.m. at Otterbein UM Church, 5009 E. 21st St.
Special guests include Christ Staab, NESCO chair for crime reduction/code enforcement, Scott Wampler presenting a green space initiative at 20th and Emerson, and the city’s Mosquito control program officials.
Neighbors will also be able to discuss new initiatives for neighborhood and community building, including a Tool Library, the Pogue’s Run Art and Nature Park Task Force, and much more.
