The Arts Council of Indianapolis, in collaboration with the Major Taylor Coalition, recently held a ribbon cutting and receipton to present the mural of Marshall Major Taylor, an Indianapolis native and the first African-American champion cyclist. The mural is on the Barnes and Thornburgh LLP building downtown.
