INDIANAPOLIS — RISE UNITED and RISE INDY recently awarded $50,000 in scholarships to Indianapolis high school seniors at the RISE Together event.
This year, 22 students from Indianapolis’ Class of 2026 were selected to receive scholarships, representing schools across the city included:
• Arsenal Technical High School: Terryn Dennie and Mateo Gonzáles Zelaya
• BELIEVE Circle City High School: Skylir Cannon and Joel Giles Valle
• Herron Classical High School: Samuel Andrade and Van Dyson
• KIPP Indy Legacy High: Shalon Robinson and Kyndell Rush
• Purdue Polytechnic High School Broad Ripple: Sophie Glassley and Diamond Porter
• Purdue Polytechnic High School Englewood: Elisabeth Scott-Paul and Kemya Stowe
•Shortridge High School: William Golder and Kiara Steward
