LAWRENCE — The Sharing Place Food Pantry, currently housed in Craig Academy, will be temporarily relocating due to construction.
The last day at 6501 Sunnyside Rd., was February 19th and the new location will open March 2nd. The Sharing Place will be relocating to Servants of Christ Lutheran Church located at 7650 Oaklandon Rd, Indianapolis. The organization served over 20,000 neighbors in 2025.
Days and hours of operations will remain the same with the exception of second Saturdays when they will be closed during this temporary relocation. Hours of operation will be: Mondays – 10 a.m. – 3 p.m., Tuesdays – 4 p.m. – 7 p.m., and Thursdays – 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
The Sharing Place plans to return to Craig on May 29, 2026.
