INDIANAPOLIS — The Martindale-Brightwood Community Development Corporation invites neighbors to a series of Wednesday morning Coffee and Conversations at their headquarters in Brightwood Plaza, 2435 N. Sherman Dr. from 8 a.m.-10 a.m. The events are free.
On Oct. 8, there will be Senior Appreciation with IFD, where citizens can learn about safety and community resources. Coffee, donuts, and meal vouchers will be available. On Oct. 15, the conversation will be about health and wellness, with representatives from the YMCA and Marion County Health Dept. The Oct. 22 conversation will be about city and civic voices, where civic leaders will share perspectives. The Oct. 29 conversation will be with housing partners sharing information about resources and homeownership opportunities.
