INDIANAPOLIS — Franciscan Health is hosting a free immunization clinic in September on the south side of Indianapolis.
The clinic is scheduled for Friday, September 5 at the Chin Community of Indiana, located at 2524 East Stop 11 Road in Indianapolis from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The immunization clinic is open to anyone. Attendees need to bring an insurance card (private or Medicaid) and photo ID. For uninsured individuals, this will be documented on the consent forms.
Appointments are not necessary and walk-ins are welcome.
