CUMBERLAND — Community Day in Cumberland will be held Aug. 23 from 3:30-5:30 p.m. on Saturn St. (near Honors Park). Community Day is a free event hosted by the Cumberland Police Department aimed at celebrating the relationship between the community and the Cumberland Police Department.
